Habanero has unveiled a new addition to its slots range.
‘Koi Gate’ is a five reel, three row, fixed 18-line title that takes its inspiration from an ancient Chinese legend.
The story in question concerns a Koi carp overcoming a range of different obstacles to swim upstream until it makes it to the top of a mountain.
The game is available to play on desktop, mobile and tablet. Its range of special features includes a respin option.

Naturally, Habanero’s head of sales Daniel Long has plenty of good things to say about his company’s latest creation.
“This is our most visually stunning game to date,” he enthused, via a press statement. “Koi Gate’s design is simply outstanding.”

“But,” Long continues, “much like the Koi carp itself, it is all about the flow, which is why we have devised a simpler math formula than is the norm for our games.
“This comes together to give Koi Gate a zen-like quality that will help it appeal to players in both Eastern and Western markets.”
