Gibraltar-licensed online lottery operator, Lottoland, announced on Thursday that it has appointed former Gala Coral Casino chief Gavin Grimes as its new Vice President of Gaming. Lottoland operates lotteries across European countries, Australia and the United States. It also provides its gambling customers with a variety of scratch-cards.
With almost two decades in the online gaming industry, Mr. Grimes is no stranger to this industry. Prior to his new appointment, he had spent several years as Managing Director at marketing agency McBroom, as well as Head of Marketing at Cantor Index.
Skills and knowledge needed for growth at Lottoland
Commenting on Mr. Grime’s appointment, Lottoland CEO Nigel Birrell said Mr. Grime’s expertise and ‘know-how’ will help the company to further expand its product offering. The company is expected to expand its online gaming presence in the market by adding more traditional online gaming options to its current offering. Mr. Birrell further added by saying they are delighted to have Mr. Grimes on-board with such an outstanding track record.
Mr. Grimes expressed his happiness by saying he is excited to be part of Lottoland and looking forward to contribute to the business’ diversification.
